The company has no communication with the couriers, so the package sat at the post office from Thursday to Monday, and nobody could tell me where it was when I rang on Friday. It was supposed to be delivered on the Friday for a party. If I knew where it was I could have arranged someone to collect it. It turned up 3 days after the party even though it was delivered to the local post office the day before.
