We have recently purchased some branded umbrellas from Gilt Edged, they are just fab! Decent quality and look great. From start to end, Kyra's customer service has been second to none, from following up promptly to our enquiry and each week until we placed the order. We had a mishap with the initial order however Kyra quickly rectified this, couldn't be more apologetic and did everything she could to ensure the order was delivered only a week late and upgraded our umbrellas free of charge. Communication is key!! Prior to ordering, Kyra sent a box of branded freebies out to us, some of which included a thermo flask, steel water bottle, pens, pads and even a keyring torch! We would highly recommend Gilt Edged and will definitely be ordering more branded items in the near future. Thank You.
