Firstly I would like to say that Golden Valley Plants are a wonderful company. I recently purchased two 'Kiss Me Kate' roses for my brother who recently lost his wife. I received an email from the delivery company letting me know when they were to be delivered. I stayed in that day but did not have anyone buzz my gate buzzer, they just threw the box over the 6ft gate. It smashed one of the pots so I could not give as a gift. I called Golden Valley Plants who were so wonderful and immediate arranged for another rose to be sent to me. Guess what they same thing happend, I waited in all day, no buzz on my gate and I found it on the floor, the pot of this rose is slightly cracked but is still ok to give to my brother. I would say definately order from Golden Valley the plant quality is fantastic, the delivery company no so good.
