Ordered a 'Kiss Me Kate' potted rose. Issues with delivery meant we did not receive the plant for 2 weeks. This was entirely down to DXExpress trying to deliver to the wrong postcode. Golden Valley received the rose back (to be reabilitated) who provided an update that a new rose would be posted along with a complimentary plant. Received promptly and was very pleased with the quality of product. Would purchase again.
