For some reason I only received the plants yesterday despite confirmation that they had been successfully delivered last Wednesday. The Manager of my apartment block checked cctv footage and no delivery had been made.
I now have my plants but they are in need of tlc. It is the first...and last time therefore that I will use your organisation or courier service.
