Ordered a lollipop bay tree as a gift, but when trying to deliver, the recipient was not at home. I contacted Golden Valley, and they could not have been more helpful. The lovely lady (Sally) ensured that delivery was rearranged for next day, and kept me fully informed.
Apparently, the tree and gift packaging was beautiful- and very well received.
