I ordered Rose Bella as a present. The Rose was very well packaged and was really beautiful when opened. I have given 4 stars as the rose took just over a week to arrive and was a day late for the occasion. However, the customer service staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. I would recommend buying from Golden Velley Plants.
