I ordered a pair of Premium Parallettes the day after Christmas last year and already a few days later they arrived. One of the parallettes had a bad screw thread though, so couldn't properly tightening it. I wrote Gornation and sent them a video of the issue and within a day they had replied, offering to send me a new one for free - package game within a few days as well and only expected a single one but got a pair of new Parallettes. Now I have a backup. Besides the initial screw thread issue, there are no complaints about the build quality of these things and only praise to their customer service. I will definitely order from them again and be willing to recommend their products. Jonathan
