I ordered €60,00 of things from your site, the 21th of November, and the package was supposed to arrive the 27th of November, and it wasn’t shipped. I asked for return and the request wasn’t accepted. The package arrived today, 15th of December, and one loop light and one loop ultra light missed because I ordered two of them and I also lost €30 ‘cause of this. I will not order anymore from your site.
