I purchased the rings, elastic band set and medium paralettes and all a amazing quality. They will help me build my body and give me as intense a work out as I need. Love the quality of every item, seem sturdy and like the items will last a long time. Paralettes are kicking my butt but in a good way. The ring are more a goal. I can't pull my weight on them yet, but playing around to build up to it. Great products. Seriously.
