The shipping was fast after the order. The quality of gornation products is alright. The wood of the parallettes feels really good. Unfortunately 1 of the two parallettes stays not as planted on the ground like the other. It wobbles a little bit. If i put load on it, it's better. One of the screw covers was busted at delivery. After i have written the review, Gornation got in contact with me. Without any hesitation they have exchanged my parallettes without any extra costs for me. This time the parallettes were in perfect condition and the parcel came within few days. I have to admit the customer service did an exeptional job above average. I do strongly recommend Gornation.
