Hi, I’ve been using the dip bars for a few days now. There are a few things that could be improved:
1. Connectors for better stability
Since each connector is secured with only one screw on each side, there is some play between the connector and the support under heavy load. This creates a risk of breaking the fastening. Ideally, each connector should be secured with two screws on each side for greater stability.
2. Height
To perform dips, I have to bend my knees. For me, it would be ideal to have the option to purchase an additional height extension, for example, 0.5 meters, to increase the height of the dip bars.
Yes, increasing the height may reduce stability, but to improve stability, the extensions could have horizontal crossbars—similar to how scaffold bars have stabilizing cross members. I’m attaching an image for reference.
