Hello, I haven't been able to use the rings yet. I don't know what rating to give beyond that they are so sturdy and feel good in my hands. The material is of very high quality and I appreciate this very much. When I've used them I will come and do a review. I've given one star only because it's required. I can't see that there will be problems. I have to find a place to use them.
