I bought a ticket from Kathmandu to Kiev via GoToGate. My order number is LGQ67V. The immigration service in Nepal forbade me to leave the country due to the war in Ukraine, despite the fact that I had a visa and all other necessary documents. My ticket has been canceled. Emirates has confirmed that it has returned funds to GoToGate. Meanwhile, GoToGate has stolen my money and is refusing to return it. I strongly advise against working with thieves.
