This cream works great. I had a good size rash on my neck that was very itchy and scaley. I used the cream on my neck twice a day morning and night for a week. The rash cleared up and my skin is soft and smooth. I highly recommend this cream to anyone who has a rash or skin problem that is itchy and dry. Great cream is Gotucream!!
