I ordered Gotucream to replace steroid and alcohol-heavy antiseptic creams for body folliculitis. It has worked wonderfully. It hastens the resolution of inflamed/infected follicles but, perhaps more importantly, it acts preventatively. After an active/humid day, I’ll shower and apply to things, and the incidence of subsequently inflamed follicles is much lower.
