I find this accelerates healing compared to other holistic creams. I just had a crack open on my hand on a cold snowy day changing a tire. It wasn't healing and when I put this on it healed overnight. I also once put it on a bedsore on mother's ankle where there had been manuka honey pads for over a week, no change. I put this on and the next day the discoloration was gone.
