This was a miracle for us! My daughter had such bad eczema for about 6 months and we tried every cream, lotion and skin spray that I could find, but nothing ever worked. Once the eczema started spreading more I did more searching and found this cream. We used it twice a day and my daughters patches and bumps cleared up in a week!! We continued use and she has not had a problem in about 9 months!!
