This is my third pair of Gdefy shoes. My feet, my knees, and my back thank me. Due to really arthritic knees with no remaining cartilage, I cannot run anymore. But I do walk. A lot. These shoes are the best I have ever had. And in my marathon running days, I used some pretty well know brands of running shoes. I wish gdefy had been around then.
