We have bought fish from Remi for years but this is our first online order / delivery. The quality of the fish is outstanding; he uses very good suppliers; he has been utterly reliable, even throughout lockdowns. This order is well packed and the delivery driver followed our instructions well. The fish is boned, cut and trimmed exactly to the size we asked for. Each part of the order is shrink-wrapped so all the pieces can either be eaten fresh immediately or put into the freezer for another day - and, as it was clearly labelled on each piece, we put it straight in.
