They treated me like a human when I ordered the wrong size tire studs for my tractor. They were great enough to do the return and the reorder all in one email since I am out of state. It goes to show two things, you go a long way treating people great, and making things simple and easy is truly the best way to run a business. I have one too, lessons are always learned.
