My husband has now had his rise & recline chair for 16 months. Within this time, technicians have been called out at least 6 times with a continuing fault. The fault still exists and Grosvenor Mobility aren't taking our complaint seriously. I have comunicated with them via phone and approxinately 18 emails, up to date. The chair is not fit for purpose. Do not buy from this company!
