No idea about the quality of the product, as it's a present and I haven't yet given it. However, Guildford Sound and Light service was efficient and prompt. Delivery was by DPD, which is such a good company. It is quick, provides plenty of delivery information and a one-hour slot. Better than any other delivery services. So very happy with Guidford Sound and Light for quick despatch and for using DPD rather than a less efficient courrier.
