The site is user friendly and easily navigable. Your customer service department, whom I have had experience of recently, is excellent in dealing with enquiries. I do, however, have a problem with your release strategy. Why can't you release separate 4k and Blu-ray box sets which include all of the physical bonus material like the booklets, comics, art cards and posters? To force people like myself, who want the physical bonus material but don't have a 4k set-up, to buy an expensive set which includes a format I have no means of playing doesn't seem right. Then there's your choice of courier, but that's another matter entirely.
