What an amazing and beautifully presented blue-Ray collector’s set from Hammer films of their very first sci-fi horror classic cross over! The restoration of the film is beautiful and really clean looking and the sound is incredible,Which emphasises James Bernard’s fantastic eire score even more!! Hammer have gone all out with this set as it’s loaded with special features!😮….i’ve seen two of the Documentaries already and they are really good, and interesting! I’m going through some each night which gives me something to look forward to,and they are really well spaced out over all the Discs(I haven’t got a UHD player or Tv but The price of £60 is still worth it for the Blue-Ray’s alone! I was dubious of spending £60 on one film at first, but I’m going to have to tell you it is well worth the price!!…there are Four Documentaries, four commentaries,3 different versions of the film(widescreen and full screen formats)and the us title version Enemy from space, trailers, photo galleries, interviews and the surviving episodes of the original BBC Tv serial! But then you get a huge booklet with press materials, about the making of the film, articles and interviews etc,a limited edition poster, a set of lobby cards and a graphic Novel too!!…I’m exhausted just mentioning it lol!…ohh not to mention fantastically presented artwork by the Legendary Graham Humphreys on the inner box of the set as well!…if you’re a lifelong Hammer fan like me this set is a must buy as you really do get value for money, and even if you’re new to Hammer and just a general Horror fan it’s still worth the money!
