I provided a photo from a previous TRVL bag with “liberty” fabric (I didn’t realize how large this sample was). Hampton James POLLED a Facebook group to name the fabric and ordered the exact fabric, so that I could have a matching lunchbox to an old TRVL bag. THAT is service. Above and beyond!! I always expect high quality from a “mom business” but this struck a chord as so much more. Will be looking for ways to further support this business! Bonus that it’s all so cute!
