I am so pleased with the both the adorable products and the amazing customer service at Hampton James! I recently ordered a few items, one of which was a baby shower gift. The owners were amazing enough to drop this off at my front door after I missed their business hours the day before the shower! When I opened the item, I noticed the middle name was accidentally misspelled. I messaged the Hampton James Instagram account, and they sprang into action! They came back to my house to pick up the item, fixed the spelling, and dropped it back off to me all in the same night! Truly some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I didn’t even have to ask—they insisted! I’ll definitely be getting any and all gifts from Hampton James from here on out. The best of the best in every way!
