How can they still be allowed to trade???? Absolute shocking how bad the service is. Without hot water and heating for weeks now in the middle of winter with children the house. Water leaking in kitchen cupboards and floor damage. Electric wiring by keaking water!!!!!! No replies to emails. Nobody ever answered the phone!!!!!!! Day after day after day we try to get hold of someone. Surely this can't be legal for them to still charge mo ey but not deliver the service?!!!!!!
