Thanks for reviewing my case. Very friendly and understandable support. At the end the mysterium was solved. I was sending the wrong coin to a wrong chain. So i thought my clusterplan is gone for a simple mistake because of the complicated things of different coins in different chains and bridges... endless story... With a little bit patience they was able to restore the wrong coins and send it back to my original wallet. Thanks to the Helium and Exchange Team
