I very much appreciate the friendliness of their support team's communication, I wish, however, it were matched by effectiveness when it comes to resolving issues flagged to them. Despite my continuous attempts to reach them via email or chat and the extensive response to my first review below, I haven't heard from them until this day. So I must conclude that helium farm is a shiny facade with very little substance and even less trustworthiness. The money I lost is a great nuisance, their kafkaesque way of communicating with you (you do not meet our AML standards, but we are not telling you why yet, maybe soon, but then no after all) is a real insult.
