In the first four weeks, everything worked as promised and really well. For 3 days now, however, it has no longer been possible to send the HNT received to my private wallet. For two other queries, the chat always responded quite quickly, but now I haven't received any response for 10 hours. I have not received a KYC request either now or in the last 5 weeks or so of working together. Unfortunately, I no longer have the same good feeling as at the beginning
