Same experience as below comments. They shut it down. Mining still happening, but company shut down withdraws and communication. Very sad, they sounded good. I also spoke to Helium itself and they said they have nothing to do with this Helium Farm company and can not authenticate them... hope they have good reason for it and will recover... owerwise its my last try to these ponzy cloud miners...
