I too have fallen victim to this scam. It seemed a bit dodgy from the beginning, but as people were raving about it, I thought I'd take a gamble and bought a cloud mining plan from them. It seemed likely that it was legitimate when I started receiving payouts from them, and became even more convincing once I'd received a few payouts from them, but nope, it turned out to be a scam. I did wonder why their site kept going down, but I'm guessing that their site kept getting taken down as their web hosting providers knew that they were scamming people. Given that the address shown on their website appears to be a residential building in Georgia, I'm considering reporting them to the Georgian police, but making a foreign police report seems to be a very difficult endeavour. I've also contacted Cloudflare to see whether they're able to do anything.
