This is by far the worst, most corrupt courier I've ever encountered. They have admitted to deliberately destroying a parcel of mine worth almost £1000. This was a cover story for what I believe to be a theft of the parcel by the delivery person. But Hermes now rebranded EVRI refused to investigate.
