Usually I have found Hobby Workshop to have great service but on this occasion, depsite me having deleted my old address and it no longer being on the system, my order was posted to the wrong location. As the old address was no longer present and didn't appear as an option when ordering I didn't notice that it still appeared on the order receipt and was told it was too late to retrieve the parcel. As this could happen again I am unlikely to order from the company again as the system does not seem reliable.
