Product came quick - but arrived damaged as there was zero packaging on a £65 book that is 3-4kg.
Sent images immediately, resent and then silence for weeks. Still chasing a response. Had to order the item elsewhere again to gift it for Christmas. Requested a refund after this and still zero response.
Was initially impressed with speed, but now out of pocket with no answers.
