Recently started shopping with Hobby Workshop, looking to save some pennies on buying Army Painter Fanatic Range as I move across from a previous range of paints. I would say the ordering process is straightforward and postage is fair, and the price is a bit better than most others at the time of writing for the paints themselves. I would give them a 5* rating, but a minor hiccup occured on delivery, where the postie delivered the package - and I found one paint loose on the floor from the package, a tear clearly visible in the packaging - wether this was the postie's causing or a defective packaging envelope, I don't know, but a little more care with packaging might have averted this. Either way, all the paints in the purchase were present and accounted for.
