I was looking for some books online, Hobby Workshop had what I wanted for a good price. I ordered it and dropped in the next day to pick up. My email confirmation hadn't come through but they went through their stock anyway and sorted me out. Thanks very much, means a lot to me when an outlet treats their customers well.
