Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the service I received. The trousers arrived in a very creased state and I had to try and press them. This is not easy with lined trousers and it took a while to get them into an acceptable state. I realise the difficulty of supplying such items through mail order. However, I’ve purchased the same trousers before in Spruce from another retailer without any problem.
