I've been really surprised at the slow dispatch time of this company. What was ordered on Friday the 9th February wasn't dispatched till Thursday 15th February. Made worse by the wellies coming up a size small, so an exchange was required. So a product ordered on 9th February, returned on 19th February has only just been dispatched on 28th February. That's a long time to wait!
