Everything was fine until I discovered I don't get a full refund of the purchase price. I sort of see why no postage refund. But TAX?? Wots that when it's at home?? Something peculiar to Scotland??
You're not going to get much online repeat business with that policy. A pity because your products are that bit different to other outdoor clothing shops.
