Have used Hollands several times and am now getting more annoyed with them. An order several months was above the threshold required for free delivery but included a mystery £5 charge for insurance. My last order was placed a full week before required. Took them 5 business days to ship (not 2-4 as stated) and then 2 business days to deliver so missed the date I needed items for.
I do like the range of items they have, but now everyone is used to Amazon deliveries they need to do better.
