Delivery was slow, despite being charged extra for Royal Mail delivery. Goods were returned as the size was 'suspect'. The shorts were smaller in the waist than my other Musto shorts. The returns procedure takes ages, despite chasing up via customer service department. Currently STILL WAITING for the credit to my card. Overall, not a great experience. Comparred to other suppliers in the UK clothing market your processes are slow, tedious and not the way to get repeat business. I have no doubt that I will probably be charged for the return of the suspect goods. You are lucky to get a 2 star rating above.
