While the jacket I ordered was of a good price and competitive with other shops the delivery is mis-leading. I paid for a service where delivery should have been between 2-4 days but there is something hidden when I called customer service called despatch, unless it is despatched it can't be delivered. I wait over two weeks for the item to arrive and still then customer service couldn't give me an actual date.
