A bit of a problem trying to return an item but eventually an e-mail from one of their ladies enabled me to print a returns label and post the parcel. I recently bought a shirt, which was replaced with a smaller size. No problem there. The second buy was a pair of shoes which were not a comfortable fit and proved difficult to return - hence my earlier comment. I will continue to review Hollands web site as they have a good range of country clothing.
