I can only give 4 stars because the ordering process was a bit of a shambles. I ordered several items, and then received an email to say one was out of stock and asking if I would like to proceed with the rest of the order - to which I said yes. Then nothing happened for some time in that I did not receive any notification of despatch or the items themselves, so I had to make contact again to ask what was happening, only to be told two more items were out of stock. I wonder if I had not contacted myself, how long it would have taken to the inform that two further items were out of stock. I ordered a total of 6 items and only got 3 of them, it would be helpful for you to say on the website that items are out of stock. Equally to keep customers better informed about the status of their order if something is out of stock.
Having said all that the items I did receive were excellent and as expected and because I complained and asked why they hadn't been despatched, they were eventually sent and received very quickly. My husband was delighted with the shirts so we have order two more. The refunds for the out of stock items were processed quickly but I had to reply to say if I wanted a refund or something else instead. What I wanted was that the items that I should have received were actually despatched!
I notice that I have been asked to review items that I didn't receive since they were out of stock.
