The color of the face of the Lionel (Walnut Lapis Lazuli) was very different than shown in the pictures. The watch face was half blue and half light gray even though it shows all blue on the website. Not happy with the purchase at all. It also costs $100 to ship the return from the US back to Austria at my own cost. There is no way to talk to someone on the phone - seems that all customer service is email and chat. I ordered another one with the hope that it will be blue, but there is no guarantee that it will be. I'm sure they are going to tell me that it is a natural variation in the stone that they don't have control over, but anyone can look at the stone and see it is not blue and select it out. Very unhappy with Holzkern right now.
