Been shopping for the third time in the website and I never had any problem until now. The delivery kept being delayed and took so long. Tracking was pointless as everyday it said a different thing. Contacted support to just hear a "sometimes it happens" and they cant do anything about it (which I understand) but a least a sorry or something.
