I ordered a watch and a butterfly necklace. two boxes arrived one had my watch the other was empty, with no necklace. I sent 4 emails explaining what happened and NO response from a human. All I got was electronic emails and I answered them all with the same explanation and to date NOBODY has emailed me with sending me what I paid for. VERY Disappointed.
