Hello, My Name is Dominic Montez (d.montez03@gmail.com) I've had a really horrible experience with this comapny. I bought myself a watch as well as three of my groomsman for my wedding as a special gift. My wife is from Austria and our wedding was in Austria so I thought it was a great gift to buy for friends. The night of my wedding my watch had condensation inside the watch. That's always a sign of a cheaply made watch. I had just bought this watch 1 week prior to my wedding. Then less than an hour later it fell off my wrist completely because the wrist band fell apart. Then one of my friends who I bought the watch for also had his wrist band snap on him during our wedding. I'm so embarrassed that I have given these watches to my best friends as a gift. I really had faith that these watches would be a wondeful gift to myself as well as my best friends. How can you guys fix this horrible experience I've had?
